At the heart of Shed Pilates + Fitness is the aim is to develop mind-body connection through dynamic movement.

Our approach blends breath, alignment, balance, and rhythm to build lasting strength and body awareness. The seven principles of Pilates—breathing, alignment, centering, control, concentration, flow, and precision—are woven into every class.

Our small-group reformer classes (max five people) offer varied intensities and equipment in focused 50-minute sessions. The result is movement that stays with you—helping you move better, feel better, and live better beyond the studio.
