This class is perfect as an introduction to the Pilates repertoire. We will focus on building not only a strong foundation of your deepest core muscles, but also learn ideal movement patterns for YOUR unique body with plenty of hands on corrections to guide you along a slow flowing routine.
As each class will be different, some days we will ease into moving with light resistance to improve bone density or fast-paced movement to keep the heart rate up for cardiovascular health. Regardless of the tools utilized to provide a challenge, the takeaway from each class will leave you with the awareness to incorporate healthy habits into your everyday life.
Skills Learned: proper pelvic floor engagement, correct movement patterns, how to breathe correctly, strengthen and lengthen within each class to leave you feeling stronger, taller, and more confident.
