Policy
We are a small group Reformer Studio allowing a maximum of 6 clients per class. In order to be respectful to all of our clients we ask you to follow our late cancellation and no show policy.
For ALL classes, if you cancel within 12 hours of the start of class, you will be assessed a Late Cancellation Fee as follows:
If you cancel WITHIN 1 hour of the class start time, you will be assessed a Late Cancel Fee.
If you fail to show up to class and do not cancel you will be assessed a No-Show Fee.
Late Cancellation Fees are the loss of one class for clients who purchased a set number of classes (i.e. single session or class packs) with an additional charge of $10. For clients who are on an Unlimited package, you will be charged $10.
No-Show Fees are the loss of one class for clients with a class package and an additional charge of $20. For clients who are on the Unlimited package, you will be charged $20.
Late Cancel and No Show fees are processed each Monday for the previous seven days.
We are happy to accommodate moves to earlier class times if spots are available.
