Foundations
This class is perfect as an introduction to the Pilates principles. We will focus on building not only a strong foundation of your deepest core muscles, but also learn correct movement patterns for YOUR unique body with plenty of hands on corrections to guide you along a slow flowing routine.
As each class will be different, some days we will ease into moving with light resistance to improve bone density and get the heart rate up for cardiovascular health. Regardless of the tools utilized to provide a challenge, the take away from each class will leave you with the awareness to incorporate healthy movement patterns into your everyday life.
Skills Learned: proper pelvic floor engagement, ideal movement patterns, how to breath correctly, strengthen and lengthen within each class to leave you feeling stronger, taller, and more confident.
MVMT
Having built a strong base and understanding from our Foundations Class, the MVMT class will not only challenge your mind, but also bring in a bit more emphasis to additional muscle groups.
Challenging your balance, developing your strength in length, and moving with confidence we will gradually transition into more advanced movements.
This class is ideal for a Foundations client that is looking for more of a challenge, beneficial for someone who finds themselves sitting for long periods of time for work, and someone who maintains a regular pilates practice.

A DYNAMIC blend of Contemporary Reformer Jump Pilates and athletic movements to create a cardio based, high energy, creative, and results driven class.
Perfect class for a MVMT looking to take it up a notch, a seasoned athlete looking to tick all of their cross-training boxes, and the workout enthusiast who just loves a good “burn!”
Although each class has been specifically designed to improve muscle tone, bone density, strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular health, stamina, and focus this particular beast of a design brings some serious heat.
We will not only hit all major muscle groups in various movements, but have an additional focus on particular accessory muscle groups to sculpt a beautiful shape to the body. Plan to be pushed both physically and mentally and experience an “ass-quake” that will have you sore the next day!
