We will focus on building not only a strong foundation of your deepest core muscles, but also learn ideal movement patterns for YOUR unique body with plenty of hands on corrections to guide you along a slow flowing routine.
what to expect
As each class will be different, some days we will ease into moving with light resistance to improve bone density while others a more fast paced MVMT to get the heart rate up for cardiovascular health. Regardless of the tools utilized to provide a challenge, the take away from each class will leave you with the awareness to incorporate healthy movement patterns into your everyday life.
