Having built a strong base and understanding from our Foundations Class, the MVMT class will not only challenge your endurance, but your mind-body connection developing you into a more intelligent mover.

class objective

Improving your balance, developing your strength in length, and moving with ideal bio mechanical patterns we will gradually flow into more advanced movements that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

 

what to expect

Seamless flows that are designed to give your body the movement it craves. This class is ideal for a Foundations client that is looking more of a challenge, beneficial for someone who finds themselves sitting for long periods of time for work or travel, and someone who maintains a regular pilates practice looking for an everyday go-to, balanced class.
